Purchased this as a backup tool for a professional repair shop. This scanner blew us away with its capabilities. It does far more than it's price point would suggest. On top of that it has free lifetime updates, which is a huge cost savings over the life of the scanner. The techs are now grabbing this one first more often than not, as they say it's easier to navigate and can communicate just as quickly. There are things that each scanner does better than the other, but overall this scanner is very impressive for the cost. We'll see what the long term durability is, but so far it feels well built and has been used daily. The battery life has been very good and it charges with a regular USB cable, which is handy.

Honestly, the BT200 MAX is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I can just leave it plugged in all the time without worrying about draining my car battery – no more unplugging after every use. That alone is a huge win for me.

I bought it less than a month ago. I own an auto repair shop, and it does everything I need it for. It was bought as a backup tool, but I've been grabbing it as my primary to get familiar with what it will do. There too much waste there. Other than that it's done what I've needed it for.
