Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Official Rules:

"2026 Global Soccer Tournament" refers exclusively to the international soccer tournament scheduled to be held in North America in 2026.

DISCLAIMER: This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA or any other soccer federation. Any reference to the tournament is for identification purposes only.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents worldwide who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

(a) Employees, officers, and directors of MUCAR and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies; and

(b) Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) of the above.

Void where prohibited or restricted by local law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 Start Date: This Sweepstakes begins at 00:00 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on June 4, 2026.

3.2 End Date: This Sweepstakes ends at 23:59 PDT on June 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3.3 All entries must be received within this period. Late entries will not be accepted.

3.4 Note: All dates and times are based on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must visit the official promotion page at https://mucarus.com/pages/predict-2026-soccer-champion during the Promotion Period and:

(a) Submit a valid prediction for the winner of the 2026 Global Soccer Tournament; and

(b) Provide a valid email address and full name.

4.1 Limit: One (1) entry per person / email address. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

4.2 No Purchase Necessary: No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION & VALUE

5.1 Winners: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected.

5.2 Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) MUCAR 892BT Bi-directional Scanner (Retail Value: $529.00 USD).

5.3 General Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, MUCAR reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

6. SPECIAL PURCHASER REFUND OPTION (WINNERS ONLY)

6.1 Eligibility: MUCAR offers a one-time refund election exclusively to participants who satisfy both of the following conditions:

(a) Purchase a MUCAR 892BT scanner during the Promotion Period (June 4 – June 30, 2026) via the official store (mucarus.com); and

(b) Are subsequently selected as a potential winner of this Sweepstakes.

6.2 Election: Such winner may elect one of the following options:

(i) Receive the Physical Prize: Accept the MUCAR 892BT scanner described in Section 5.2; or

(ii) Request a Purchase Refund: Upon submission of valid proof of purchase, receive a refund for the actual purchase price paid for one (1) qualifying scanner (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

6.3 Restrictions: This refund option is not automatic, is non-transferable, and is available only to verified purchasers who become winners. Participants who did not make a qualifying purchase, or who are not selected as winners, are not eligible for this refund option and will receive only the physical scanner prize if selected.

7. WINNER SELECTION

7.1 Following the conclusion of the 2026 Global Soccer Tournament Final, MUCAR (the "Administrator") will review all eligible entries to identify those whose Prediction matches the actual Tournament Champion.

7.2 From the pool of verified correct predictions, two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by MUCAR or its designated representative, using a computer-generated random algorithm. The drawing will occur on or about July 20, 2026.

7.3 Odds: Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible correct entries received.

7.4 Disqualification: MUCAR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, tampered with, or submitted in excess of the permitted entry limit.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

8.1 Notification: Potential winners will be notified via email on or about July 20, 2026, using the email address provided at entry.

8.2 Claim Requirements: To claim a prize, each potential winner must:

(a) Respond to the winner notification email within seven (7) calendar days;

(b) Provide accurate shipping information; and

(c) Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification.

8.3 Forfeiture: Failure to comply with the requirements in Section 8.2 will result in prize forfeiture. In such event, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining pool of eligible correct entries.

9. DELIVERY OF PRIZES

9.1 Timeline: Prizes will be shipped within thirty (30) business days after winner verification is complete.

9.2 Costs: MUCAR (the "Administrator") will cover standard ground shipping costs. Expedited or special shipping requests may incur additional charges to be borne by the winner.

9.3 Compliance: Delivery is subject to product availability and compliance with local import regulations. Risk of loss and title pass to the winner upon transfer to the carrier.

9.4 Limitations: MUCAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, acts of God, logistics provider failures, or incorrect shipping details provided by winners. If a prize is returned due to an incorrect address, the winner must cover reshipment costs.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 Agreement: By entering, participants agree to:

(a) Be bound by these Official Rules; and

(b) Release and hold harmless MUCAR, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance/use of any prize.

10.2 Modification: MUCAR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen events compromise its integrity.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be used solely for:

(a) Sweepstakes administration;

(b) Winner verification and prize delivery; and

(c) Optional marketing communications (only with prior consent).

MUCAR, the MUCAR logo, and all related marks are trademarks of MUCAR Technology Co., Ltd. This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by:

(a) FIFA;

(b) The 2026 FIFA World Cup Host Committee; or

(c) Any national soccer federation or team.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

13.1 Governing Law: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall first be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong SAR, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

14. WINNERS LIST

14.1 Posting: A list of the potential winner(s) will be posted on or about July 20, 2026 (Pacific Time) at the following URL:

14.2 Availability: This Winners List will remain publicly available for a period of no less than thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
